Description
DoubleVerify is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Billing Settings to manage the roadmap and strategy for client billing and invoicing settings. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure streamlined and transparent billing processes. The candidate will own billing settings, collaborate with Product and Commercial teams, provide domain expertise, work with Commercial Operations and Finance, engage with global customers, recommend improvements, lead initiatives, document processes, develop customer journey maps, explore technical integrations, manage vendor relationships, define success metrics, and partner with Customer Experience and Product Design teams. The role is based in NYC and is hybrid (3 days a week in office).
