Axon is hiring a Principal Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; gather customer and market insights; partner with engineering, design, QA, data science, and operations; and launch and scale software products. The role is based in the Boston, Massachusetts office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays. It requires 10+ years of product management experience focused on software, SaaS, or platform products, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The base pay range is $162,000 to $259,200 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
