Elastic is hiring a Principal Product Manager to serve as the primary product voice for its most strategic enterprise customers in Elastic Security. The role owns and prioritizes enhancement requests across multiple accounts, translates customer needs into coherent product direction, partners with engineering and other functions, supports deal cycles, and manages difficult customer relationships. It requires 7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software, plus security-domain knowledge and structured enhancement-request experience. The role is remote-first with up to 50% travel and a base salary of €67,000–€106,000.
