Description
Amazon Smart Commerce is hiring a Principal Product Manager - Tech to lead SmartHub, its multi-channel commerce operations platform, and the team of product managers. The role owns the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap; defines AI and agentic experiences for order processing, inventory, catalog, returns, warehousing, pricing, and business insights; partners with engineering, science, and UX teams; and drives adoption, reliability, and business-impact metrics. The position requires a bachelor's degree, experience owning roadmap strategy, feature delivery and tradeoffs, and technical product management, with additional experience in engineering collaboration, project management, business analysis, or process improvement preferred.
