Amazon is hiring a Principal Product Manager - Technical, External Services to lead the multi-year product vision and strategy for communication channels in Amazon Connect. The role owns technical and product direction, identifies new market opportunities, makes high-judgment trade-off decisions, aligns cross-organizational teams, represents the product to strategic enterprise customers, and mentors senior product managers. Candidates need at least 7 years of technical product management experience, 5 years of technical experience, and experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products through go-to-market. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $181,100 to $245,000 annually.
