G-P is hiring a Principal Product Program Manager to manage complex, concurrent SaaS product programs, establish execution rhythms, track delivery and risks, and integrate AI and agentic workflows into program architecture. The role requires at least seven years of SaaS product development, program management, and release management experience, a relevant technical degree, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Google Suite. The annual gross base salary is €93,000–€116,500 plus variable compensation, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
