Description
Astera Labs is hiring a Principal Product Technical Leader to own the technical integration and production readiness of Active Electrical Cables and Smart Cable Modules for rack-scale AI infrastructure. The individual-contributor role covers high-speed silicon, retimers, firmware, PCB and flex circuitry, cable assemblies, connectors, mechanical and thermal design, signal integrity, validation, manufacturing, and customer support. Responsibilities include defining product interfaces and validation plans, leading hardware and system testing, driving root-cause analysis, supporting NPI and manufacturing readiness, and resolving complex cross-functional issues. The base salary is $160,000 USD to $200,000 USD.
