Canva is hiring a Principal Production Engineer to define and lead long-term, embedded production-reliability engagements across its highest-risk technical areas. The role focuses on complex distributed-systems work, JVM and systems performance, sharding and multi-region architecture, observability, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, incident response, and measurement, while shaping the production-engineering practice and pairing strategy across the organization.
