L3Harris is hiring a Principal, Program Management professional for its Strategic Capture organization to develop and lead capture teams and activities for strategic pursuits in Mission Critical Communications. The role plans and executes capture strategies, leads cross-functional teams through win strategies, customer engagement, requirements shaping, RFI/RFP and whitepaper activities, and internal gate reviews, and collaborates with regional sales, program management, engineering, and other business units. It requires international travel and is onsite in Rochester, New York or Melbourne, Florida. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant program management experience, or a graduate degree and 10 years of related experience, or 16 years of related experience without a degree. The New York salary range is $133,000 to $247,000, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
