L3Harris is hiring a Principal, Program Management professional to lead program excellence and business initiatives for its Spectral Solutions Division. The role partners with the Division Vice President, improves people, processes, and tools, tracks program metrics, coordinates Independent Review Team activities, supports forecasting, and supports execution strategy and long-term growth. The position is based in Palm Bay, Florida or Fort Wayne, Indiana, follows a 9/80 schedule, requires at least 12 years of relevant experience, and requires the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
