Pearson is hiring a Principal, Program Management professional to establish and lead the Platform Engineering Business Office within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer. The role will drive strategic alignment, portfolio governance, executive reporting, strategic planning, business operations, performance measurement, communications, and continuous improvement across a large global technology function. It requires 8+ years of technology experience and 4+ years in PMO, portfolio management, business operations, Chief of Staff, delivery management, or business office leadership, and is based in London with a hybrid working pattern of approximately 2–3 days per week in the office.
