Description
The Program Management Excellence (PMX) role serves as the functional program-management execution lead for the Acoustics System PMX Lead within the Maritime Sector. The position owns program performance analysis and reporting, executable cost and schedule baselines, Earned Value Management, training, gate and independent reviews, PMO staffing, audits, and program-management tools across division programs. It is an onsite, full-time role available in Millersville or Hanover, Maryland; Ashaway, Rhode Island; Herndon, Virginia; or Palm Bay, Florida, with approximately 25% travel and a 9/80 schedule. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant program, proposal, planning, and EVMS experience, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and experience with DoD FAR/DFAR projects; compensation is USD 200,000 to 225,000 annually.
