Coupang is seeking a Principal, Program Management (Instock Analytics) to lead the Inbound SCMS team’s demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, and supply-chain analytics. The role involves developing and productionizing supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement-learning models, using large datasets and generative AI, and collaborating with business, engineering, and partner teams. Candidates need 10+ years of progressive experience in demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain; strong SQL, BI, and statistical-modeling skills; leadership experience; and experience in e-commerce or retail with global or multi-market exposure.
