Description

HDR is hiring a Principal Program Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure programs and mega-projects. The role advises clients across technical, regulatory, financial, and community matters; directs program execution, risk, quality, resources, contracts, and financial performance; and develops client relationships and new business. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a recognized professional certification or license, at least 10 years of program management experience including 4 years as a Senior Program Manager, and experience delivering multiple large-capital programs using alternative delivery methods.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, planning, business administration, or a closely related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of program management experience, including at least 4 years as a Senior Program Manager
Led or served in a similar role delivering at least three programs valued at $500 million or more each
Experience implementing projects or programs using alternative and collaborative delivery methods
Experience working in an integrated consultant-client PMO
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field
DBIA certification
Experience leading an infrastructure program with a capital value of at least $1 billion
Knowledge of P3, DBFOM, and EPC contract models
Willingness to travel regularly
