Amazon is hiring a Principal Program Manager for its NODE team to lead cross-organizational final-mile shipping initiatives across Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations. The role owns multi-year operational and technical roadmaps, identifies and resolves endemic delivery problems, influences VP-level decisions, manages large-scale routing, dispatch, capacity, and network-design programs, and translates operational improvements into cost, speed, reliability, and customer-experience outcomes. Candidates need at least seven years of cross-functional, program or project management, senior-leadership communication, and process-automation experience, along with a bachelor's degree. The position is available in Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Bellevue, Washington, with annual base salaries ranging from $124,900 to $186,200 depending on location.
