Amazon is hiring a Principal Program Manager for its Account Integrity team to lead the Seller Account Takeover prevention charter. The role owns risk analysis, threat assessments, program roadmaps, cross-functional security initiatives, operational improvements, communications, and the management and development of a small team of Program Managers. Candidates need at least seven years of cross-functional, program or project management, and senior-leadership communication experience, along with a bachelor's degree and experience with process implementation, automation, data-driven improvement, and end-to-end delivery. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $137,600 to $186,200 annually.
