Description
Coupang is hiring a Principal Program Manager to lead Policy Programs and Governance for its Rocket Growth fulfillment business. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of seller eligibility, behavior, compliance, enforcement, incentives, and penalties; coordinates Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations; develops seller documentation and adoption materials; monitors compliance and business-impact KPIs; and aligns policies with settlement processes. The position requires at least six years of relevant program, operations, or policy/governance experience, strong cross-functional and stakeholder-management skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and Korean–English bilingual communication. It is a full-time regular position.
