Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of successful experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical or a complex matrix-driven industry, managing highly complex projects such as cross-functional business transformation and infrastructure migrations.
Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree or certification in Project Management (PMI)
Strong ability for strategic analysis, translating opportunities into concrete execution plans via highly structured methodologies.
Exceptional influencing capabilities, interpersonal and broad communication skills, negotiation, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving abilities, alongside excellent time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead with and without functional direct-line authority, effectively engaging key stakeholders.
Understands and advocates for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Engagement, and Cost to ensure projects meet or exceed corporate guidelines.
