Description
HDR is hiring a Principal Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical and non-technical complexity. The role advises clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community matters; plans, directs, and monitors program execution across disciplines such as construction management, cost control, permitting, engineering, procurement, risk management, and sustainability; manages large program teams or single mega-projects; and supports client relationships, service growth, and staff mentoring. The position requires a bachelor's degree, relevant professional or project-management certification, at least 10 years of program management experience including senior-level leadership, and experience with large-value infrastructure programs and alternative delivery methods.
