Fin is hiring a Principal Program Manager for its Strategic Program Management team in San Francisco. This senior individual contributor will partner with executives and senior leaders to define and deliver high-priority programs, connect execution to company strategy, manage cross-functional risks and decision-making, establish program management practices, and mentor teammates. The role requires at least eight years of program management experience in a fast-paced AI/SaaS B2B environment, strong executive influence and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build and improve program frameworks. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office, with a base salary of $189,000-$225,750 for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
