L3Harris is hiring a Principal, Program Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead international Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System programs from contract award through delivery, fielding, and sustainment. The role serves as the primary customer interface for Middle East defense customers, manages program cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, and cross-functional delivery, and supports customer demonstrations, proposals, export compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. Candidates must have extensive defense, aerospace, or national security program management experience, fluency in Arabic and English, international travel capability, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
