NXP is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead complex semiconductor programs across the full New Product Introduction lifecycle, from concept through production release. The role owns program execution, roadmaps, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement while supporting 48V electrification and other strategic segments. Candidates should have semiconductor program or project management experience, knowledge of IC development flows, strong planning and risk-management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in an international, matrix organization.
