Description
Oracle is hiring a Principal Program Manager at its Nashville headquarters to own and drive complex, cross-functional transformation and delivery initiatives from concept through implementation. The individual contributor will develop program plans, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and corporate functions, establish governance and reporting mechanisms, and apply program management practices and emerging AI and automation capabilities to improve execution and organizational effectiveness. The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of program, project, strategic operations, or related experience.
