STR’s Collaborative Autonomy and Control Group is hiring a Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary research, development, and national security programs across multiple campuses. The role manages cost, schedule, technical performance, personnel, subcontractors, proposals, risks, and customer expectations while leading teams and providing briefings to senior leadership. Candidates need an active TS/SCI clearance, a technical degree or extensive relevant experience, at least eight years of relevant experience, and expertise in program management, proposal management, and managing projects larger than $10 million for Department of War or intelligence organizations. The full-time salary range is $220,000 to $260,000.
