Description
Frame.io is hiring a Principal Program Manager to lead technical and cross-functional programs connecting Frame.io to Adobe’s broader platform, including identity, storage, pricing, entitlements, and other Unified Platform services. The role owns program planning through launch, maintains technical dependency maps and schedules, resolves cross-organizational conflicts, manages risks and change, and mentors other program managers. Candidates need 8–10+ years of program or technical program management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, platform-integration knowledge, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting tools. The U.S. base salary range is $146,300–$277,400 annually, with California and New York pay ranges of $191,600–$277,400.
