The role leads AI/ML/Automation initiatives across Global Operations, establishes intake and prioritization processes, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages dependencies and risks, supports ROI and budget tracking, and drives portfolio-level reporting and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 12+ years of experience, plus 12+ years of project or program management and 12+ years of portfolio or operations management experience. The position offers hybrid work options and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $137,000 to $287,000.
