Oracle is hiring a Program Manager (IC4) to establish and operate the governance, cadence, reporting, risk, stakeholder, and adoption mechanisms for OCI Web and Oracle AI World programs. The role leads the migration of OCI website content to Website Builder, CMS and content operations, website measurement and KPI development, Oracle AI World content and Demo Hub operations, and complex cross-functional strategic programs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 6–8+ years of relevant program, marketing, product, web, or operations experience. The role offers a US hiring range of $90,100 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
