The Site Design Planner develops integrated site and data-hall plans for new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center builds and expansions. The role translates business demand, customer requirements, and infrastructure capacity needs into actionable plans covering compute, power, network, connectivity, racks, cooling, and deployment sequencing, while coordinating with engineering, design, delivery, sourcing, networking, and other teams. The position requires 7–10 years of relevant infrastructure or data center experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills. The stated U.S. hiring range is $90,100 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
