Description
The Site Design Planner develops integrated site and data-hall designs for new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center builds and expansions. The role translates business demand, customer requirements, and infrastructure capacity needs into actionable plans covering compute, power, network, connectivity, racks, cooling, deployment sequencing, and physical layouts. It owns the design process from demand intake through handoff to Data Center Design and Delivery, coordinates with cross-functional teams, supports complex AI, GPU, and high-density deployments, and produces approved design documentation. The role requires 7–10 years of relevant infrastructure or data center experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills. The US hiring range is $90,100 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
