Parametric is hiring a Principal Program Manager to lead high-visibility strategic enterprise initiatives across multiple business teams and technology delivery groups. The role manages concurrent programs and projects, develops implementation plans and roadmaps, resolves issues, tracks OKRs and program metrics, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and mentors PMO resources. It is part of a hybrid model requiring office work three days per week, and requires 10+ years of program management experience, with financial investment management experience and relevant certifications preferred. The expected base salary is $115,000–$225,000 per year, with possible incentive compensation.
