Description
The Principal Programs Officer will work for the Asian Development Bank’s Türkiye Resident Mission in Ankara, reporting to the Country Director and/or designated technical international staff and supervising junior team members. The role leads country programming, integrated country-program and portfolio-monitoring reports, knowledge management, government and development-partner coordination, climate financing, private-sector development, and regional-cooperation activities. It requires a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of experience in country programming and related coordination, at least 6 years of supervisory experience, and proficiency in English and Turkish. The position is a fixed-term local staff appointment open to Turkish nationals and permanent residents, with an initial term of up to three years and possible renewals.
