RICK is hiring a Principal Project Engineer/Manager in San Diego, California to lead landmark civil engineering projects with a multidisciplinary team. The role combines project management, construction document and contract administration, field coordination, schedule and budget management, regulatory and public improvement planning, constructability reviews, and design-team leadership. Candidates need a BSCE degree, California Professional Civil Engineer registration or the ability to obtain it within six months, and 8–12 years of relevant experience or 12–15 years of equivalent industry experience, along with CAD experience and strong client, public-agency, and management skills.
