Description
Takeda is hiring a full-time Principal Project Engineer in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, to lead complex CAPEX and OPEX engineering projects, including technology transfers and cGMP manufacturing systems. The role manages project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, procurement, resources, and communications; leads cross-functional teams; develops engineering deliverables; and mentors engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least seven years of engineering or technical project management experience, and experience with capital project execution and cross-functional teams. The position requires occasional off-shift or weekend work, possible PPE and clean-room garments, and infrequent travel of up to 25–50%. The U.S. base salary range is $103,500 to $162,690.
