Description
The Principal Project Engineer will lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering activities for major energy and industrial projects, serving as the engineering interface between the project team and the client. Responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery within budget and contract requirements, coordinating model reviews, clash resolution, and site surveys, communicating with project and construction stakeholders, supporting FEED, PMC, and EPC projects, monitoring contractor engineering work, preparing ITB packages, and mentoring technical staff. The role requires a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree, 8–12 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, power, or pharmaceutical projects, leadership experience in design and engineering teams, and familiarity with engineering procedures, specifications, standards, and local Singapore permitting requirements.
