HDR is hiring a Principal Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical and non-technical complexity. The role advises clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community matters; plans, directs, and monitors program execution across disciplines such as construction management, cost control, permitting, engineering, procurement, risk management, and financial performance; resolves issues; manages resources and contract compliance; and supports client relationships, business development, and staff mentoring. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 15 years of related experience, at least 7 years of project management experience, a professional engineering license, and MS Office and MS Project experience.
