Description
HDR is hiring a Principal Project Manager - Environmental to direct and coordinate single- or multidiscipline environmental projects from initiation through close-out, manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate staffing and budgets, oversee QA/QC, supervise large project teams, and mentor less-experienced project managers. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 15 years of related experience, at least 7 years of project management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating and scheduling software, and strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. A master's degree, PMP certification, Primavera P3 or SureTrak familiarity, Prolog familiarity, knowledge of alternative delivery models, and willingness to travel are preferred.
