Description

The NCIA is recruiting experienced Principal Project Managers (G20) to lead complex, high-impact projects supporting NATO’s digital transformation and strategic objectives. The role covers project leadership, stakeholder management, governance and assurance, risk and change management, contract and resource management, and continuous improvement. It is based in Brussels, Belgium or The Hague, Netherlands, and offers a five-year contract with a tax-free monthly salary of 9,604.83 EUR in Belgium or 10,628.93 EUR in the Netherlands, plus family allowances, health insurance, leave, pension, and development benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: A Master’s degree from a nationally recognised/certified university in a relevant discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree with eight years of post-related experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least five years of post-related experience for the Master’s degree route.
Experience managing acquisition or development of complex projects within a large organisation.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams, ideally in an international or multicultural environment.
Expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building at senior levels.
A recognised formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMI-PMP.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a defence, government, or multinational environment.
Familiarity with NATO structures, governance, and processes.
