Description
Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Romania is hiring a Python/Agentic AI Engineering Manager to lead the development and evolution of Python backends for LLM-backed agent applications and an Agentic AI platform. The role provides technical direction to a team, defines engineering standards, reviews architecture, improves production solutions, translates business requirements into technical solutions, mentors engineers, and collaborates with business stakeholders. It requires at least eight years of production-grade Python software experience, leadership experience, strong software architecture and distributed-systems knowledge, and familiarity with LLM and Agentic AI technologies, databases, APIs, cloud, and DevOps.
