The role focuses on moving from manual testing to scalable automation, building test frameworks for ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations, validating data quality, leading root-cause analysis, and mentoring QA engineers. Candidates need significant data QA or SDET experience, strong SQL, test automation, cloud, and stakeholder-management skills, with Python and Lakehouse experience preferred.
