Description
LawnStarter is hiring its first Principal Quality Engineer to own the company-wide quality engineering strategy, test coverage across the software stack, AI-native quality tooling, CI/CD gates, production quality signals, and technical mentorship of QA engineers. The role reports to the Head of Engineering, is fully remote, and offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 USD annually. It is not a day-one people-management role, but hiring, coaching, and performance-management experience is a plus as the QA squad may grow into a direct reporting line.
