Twilio is hiring a Principal, R&D Strategy & Operations to own the narrative for R&D across executive communications, board updates, business reviews, and cross-functional updates; lead strategic initiatives; support annual and quarterly planning; track progress and risks; shape R&D-to-GTM communications; and drive lean processes and automated metrics. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 10+ years across product, engineering, and process or program management, leadership experience, and B2B SaaS or PaaS program operations experience. It is remote, with approximately 5–10% travel, and offers compensation ranging from $171,120 to $251,600 depending on location, plus benefits and potential equity and bonus participation.
