STR is hiring a Principal Radar Systems Engineer to architect, design, develop, and implement advanced radar systems for defense customers. The role leads multi-disciplinary research and development efforts, defines system requirements and architectures, performs simulation and real-world testing, develops radar simulation tools, and guides software, hardware, integration, and test teams. Candidates need an active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, extensive radar systems experience, strong technical and leadership skills, and a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree. The position offers a full-time salary range of $204,000 to $284,000.
