Description
STR is hiring a Principal Radar Systems Engineer to architect, design, develop, and implement advanced radar systems for defense customers. The role leads or directs radar and EW/RF convergence efforts, defines requirements and architectures, performs simulation and real-world testing, develops test tools, and guides software, hardware, integration, and test teams. Candidates need an active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, extensive radar systems experience, strong systems engineering and leadership skills, and a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree. The position offers a full-time salary range of $204,000 to $284,000.
