The Principal Operator, Red Team is a hands-on offensive security practitioner responsible for executing advanced adversary emulation, assumed-breach campaigns, and continuous red teaming across cloud, AI-enabled, on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid environments. The role partners with Blue Team, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response to validate detections, improve response, and translate findings into remediation. It requires 4 to 8 years of cybersecurity experience, advanced offensive security skills, and knowledge of AI security testing, with a hybrid work arrangement across listed hub locations and a salary of $120,000 to $210,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus.
