The Principal Operator, Red Team is a hands-on offensive security practitioner responsible for executing adversary emulation, assumed-breach campaigns, exploitation, and AI-enabled attack testing across enterprise environments. The role partners with Blue Team, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response to validate detections, refine response capabilities, and translate findings into remediation improvements. It requires 4 to 8 years of cybersecurity experience, advanced offensive security credentials, and a hybrid work arrangement at one of the listed hub locations, with a salary range of $120,000 to $210,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus.
