SpaceX is hiring a Principal RFIC Design Engineer for its Starshield team to develop next-generation RFICs for space and ground infrastructure supporting U.S. national security. The role covers RF/analog/mixed-signal circuit design, specification derivation, IC floor planning and layout, packaging prototypes, product development, prototype characterization, automated test equipment, and production testing and qualification.
