Wilder Systems is hiring an onsite Robotics Software Engineer II in Austin, Texas. The role owns the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for robotics software, makes high-stakes technology decisions, aligns technical direction with business goals, mentors senior engineers, and remains hands-on with prototypes, architectures, and fielded problems. The position requires extensive robotics technical leadership, broad robotics software expertise, C++ and Python mastery, and executive-level influence. Compensation is $180,000-$225,000 base, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
