Fynapse is hiring a Principal Sales Engineer - Insurance in Boston to lead the technical, commercial, architectural, and delivery-handover aspects of its largest and most complex insurance opportunities. The role co-owns commercial constructs, multi-year transformation roadmaps, solution strategy, demonstrations, RFP responses, value-selling business cases, MEDDPICC qualification, forecast confidence, executive stakeholder relationships, and handover to delivery. It requires deep insurance finance and enterprise-architecture expertise, experience with complex enterprise deals and regulated RFPs, and frequent global travel and in-person executive presence.
