Pioneering Intelligence is looking for a Principal Scientist to develop AI/ML-powered platforms for life sciences. This role involves leading the codification of therapeutic pipeline strategies using agentic capabilities, translating human judgment into autonomous systems for identifying and prioritizing opportunities in creating new medicines. The successful candidate will have deep clinical and commercial pipeline strategy expertise and a strong understanding of AI, particularly LLMs and agentic tools.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Deep domain expertise in clinical and commercial pipeline strategy, drug development, or therapeutic area strategy, with a track record of personally making or directly influencing portfolio and indication-selection decisions.
Significant translational medicine experience, shepherding post-development candidate assets through IND and Phase 1, with routine engagement across late-stage preclinical, CMC, regulatory, and clinical functions.
Preferred Qualifications: Using LLMs and agentic tools in their own work and building intuition for what these systems can and cannot do.
