The role covers method development, validation, qualification, transfer, control strategies, cGMP compliance, regulatory documentation, laboratory work, and cross-functional CMC support. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree and 4–8 years of experience, along with expertise in analytical chemistry, bioanalysis, bioprocessing, formulation, and modern characterization techniques. The position offers an annual base salary of $156,900–$214,000, a 30% target bonus, equity participation, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
